What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Elsewedy deals in its own delivery, but it also works with FedEx , Sky Express, Professional Express.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

If the item you’re ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, you may not receive the item in two business days, but it won’t impact how long it takes us to obtain the item or prepare it for shipment. The shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.

How Do I Track My Order?

As well as being notified by email, you can check the progress and status of your order by logging into your Elsewedy account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product.

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by Email, and once it’s out for delivery you will receive Email.

For non registered customers: they can track their order by click on Track your Order tab and follow the instruction.

How Do I Place an Order?

To order from the Elsewedy Shopping Site:

  1. Visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy.
  2. Tap Add to Cart.
  3. When you’ve finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon.
  4. If you need to delete the items in your Cart, tap Delete next to the item in the Cart.
  5. Tap Proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Review your order information and tap Place your order to complete your purchase.

You’ll see an order confirmation screen when your purchase has been completed.
